WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Hope you all had a wonderful snowy Tuesday! Let's start today off with a nice little at home workout since FITNESS is a big part of my life. For those of you that do not know, I coach a boot camp class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00 and 7:00 AM. The people that come to these classes inspire me daily. They are very eager to learn, rarely do they miss a day and NO ONE complains about anything. They start my week and end my week on such a high note and they're always full of smiles. They come in ready to bust out anything I have written on the board. So today I am going to share with you a workout they may do one morning that could also be done at home. Who doesn't love a good at home burner?!
Here is a workout that the boot campers would take on one morning:
WARM UP:
2 SETS
50 Jumping Jacks
20 Squats
10 Burpees
then
Stretch
STRENGTH:
4 SETS
1:00 Plank Hold
1:00 Rest
1:00 Wall Sit
1:00 Rest
CONDITIONING:
As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible in 12:00
5 Burpees
10 Sit-Ups
15 Squats
